This full-time, hourly position offers a minimum hourly wage of $22.60 and is eligible for overtime. • High school diploma or equivalent
• one year’s experience as a food service worker or in culinary training
• knowledge of New Jersey State Health Department rules and regulations
• ability to stand or walk up to 2 hours at one time for a total of 6-8 hours per day
• ability to sit for no more than 2 hours during an 8-hour day except card checkers who may sit up to 4 hours at one time
• ability to lift or carry up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• ability to push or pull using forces up to 50 lbs occasionally
• physical agility and full range of motion
• flexibility to work late nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays and in multiple venues
• ability to work rapidly and efficiently during rush periods
• willingness to adhere to safety, sanitation and energy conservation standards
