• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a food handler's permit if required by state or county regulations
• Training in food preparation for therapeutic diets
• Ability to follow menus, recipes, and oral instructions accurately
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, or nights
• Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. and food safety standards
• Recent experience in institutional or special function cooking preferred
