The Cook position at Eurest is a full-time role based Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. This role is critical in ensuring that the culinary standards of the company are upheld daily through the preparation of high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and corporate guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals that meet production and service schedules while maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards including proper portion control, correct food temperature, and appealing presentation. The Cook will engage in various kitchen operations such as cleaning, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and assisting in the ordering process. This role also requires active participation in safety meetings and compliance with the company’s policies, especially around safe food handling and workplace safety practices.
