- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Must comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols including vaccination, screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required
