• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience preferred but not necessary
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow printed recipes and plate specifications
• Ability to excel in guest and team-oriented environment
• Ability to take direction in a positive manner
• Basic food safety knowledge and/or ServeSafe certification
• Achieve 90% or above on food safety quiz
• Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
• Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift 40 pounds
• Ability to work in standing position for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast paced and hot environment
• Regular, reliable and dependable transportation and attendance
