- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred but not necessary
- Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow printed recipes and plate specifications
- Ability to excel in guest and team-oriented environment
- Ability to take direction in a positive manner
- Basic food safety knowledge and/or ServeSafe certification
- Achieve 90% or above on food safety quiz
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
- Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift 40 pounds
- Ability to work in standing position for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast paced and hot environment
- Regular, reliable and dependable transportation and attendance
- Open availability including holidays and weekends
