The Aircraft Cleaner Lead position at ABM is a full-time role that includes weekend shifts and is focused on overseeing the cleaning and security search processes of designated aircraft. This role primarily supports the aviation sector by ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of aircraft interiors, adhering strictly to company, client, and regulatory standards. The Aircraft Cleaner Lead directs a team responsible for maintaining all areas within the aircraft such as crew rest areas, lavatories, galleys, cabin sections, and provisioning of safety cards, linens, and headsets. This leadership role demands a thorough commitment to attention to detail to guarantee that each aircraft is free from debris and complies with all safety and cleanliness regulations before passenger travel. Candidates do not require a high school diploma or prior experience as on-the-job training is provided, but they must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record over the past year. Preferred qualifications include one year of customer service experience and leadership or supervisory experience.
