The role being presented is a community assistant position within the Senior Lifestyle team, perfectly suited for individuals who embody the HEART values and are dedicated to enhancing the daily experiences of residents, guests, and vendors. This role primarily involves providing front-line support by greeting residents and visitors, managing communications such as telephone calls, and assisting with various administrative duties that facilitate smooth operations. A key responsibility includes maintaining safety and security within the community by monitoring life safety systems, door alarms, surveillance cameras, and promptly reporting any unusual activities or incidents. Handling logistical functions like receiving packages, plants, prescriptions, and other deliveries is also an essential aspect of the job. The assistant will maintain accurate logs for community keys and gate passes, reflecting the critical role they play in access management and overall security.
In addition to operational tasks, this position requires a high level of interpersonal skills to ensure the wellbeing and satisfaction of residents and their families.
