Handling logistical functions like receiving packages, plants, prescriptions, and other deliveries is also an essential aspect of the job. The assistant will maintain accurate logs for community keys and gate passes, reflecting the critical role they play in access management and overall security. In addition to operational tasks, this position requires a high level of interpersonal skills to ensure the wellbeing and satisfaction of residents and their families.
