We are currently seeking a warm, detail-oriented Concierge/Front Desk Host to join our dedicated guest services team. This vital role serves as the first and last impression of The Madrona for every guest, requiring a genuine display of hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness. The Concierge/Front Desk Host will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and providing personalized service throughout the stay. The position requires weekend availability and a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our diverse and dynamic clientele. As the key point of contact for guests, the Concierge/Front Desk Host will manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests efficiently and courteously. The role also includes acting as a knowledgeable concierge, offering tailored recommendations on local wineries, restaurants, and attractions to enrich guests’ Sonoma County experiences. The ideal candidate will have a calm, professional demeanor and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, resulting in positive impressions and repeat visitation. They will be adept at multitasking, resolving guest concerns with empathy and discretion, and maintaining the polished appearance and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
