We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team and support the smooth operation of our Community. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring effective communication between residents, family members, management, and staff. The Receptionist will greet all visitors warmly, attend to inquiries with tact and professionalism, and facilitate the flow of information to the appropriate departments. Additionally, the role involves managing resident records, coordinating maintenance requests, and performing various administrative tasks such as handling telephone calls, documenting visitor logs, and processing incoming and outgoing faxes. The ideal candidate for this position will be personable, organized, and skilled in multitasking, demonstrating patience and a positive attitude, especially when interacting with elderly residents.
