The Resident Services Coordinator position at Greystar plays an integral role in ensuring a positive residential experience by organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and community programs. This role acts as a key resource for residents, delivering exceptional customer service related to local market amenities and services. The position is based at a stabilized property with 685 units and requires weekend availability to effectively manage resident inquiries and community events. The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for greeting residents and prospects, managing the guest suite schedule, coordinating move-in and move-out processes, handling package deliveries, and supporting leasing office operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and multifamily property environments. Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds independently, with possible assistance for weights up to 50 pounds. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 in the Los Angeles, CA area, with additional compensation opportunities through bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
