We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our expanding team as leaders within our customer service division. This role presents an exciting opportunity for those who take pride in working in a dynamic, fast-paced airport environment where exceptional service is paramount. As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding agents to provide excellent customer support across all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and handling any inquiries or complaints. Your leadership will help shape a seamless travel experience for passengers including unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and those requiring special assistance.
This position emphasizes hands-on leadership, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects Unifi’s core values while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. You will also collaborate closely with ramp agents and other airport personnel to guarantee smooth operations and passenger comfort from arrival to departure. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to oversee and sustain a safe and efficient working environment.

- High school diploma or GED
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to obtain airport, state, or customs credentials as required
- physical ability to lift up to 70lbs frequently
- capacity to push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, and grasp
- able to frequently climb and crawl
- willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- open to working in outdoor weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
