This particular role is designed to serve as a vital link between the residents, their families, guests, vendors, and the broader community. The position focuses on providing welcoming, compassionate assistance and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the community. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests warmly, answering telephones promptly, monitoring building safety systems, handling incoming packages and deliveries, and assisting with administrative tasks across various departments. This role also includes maintaining important logs for community keys and gate passes and ensuring a timely response to concerns or needs raised by residents, families, or employees. 
The person in this position must exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Prior experience in a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory, particularly if the candidate shows strong customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a role that requires independent decision-making when necessary, alongside a strong capacity for teamwork and maintaining a positive demeanor at all times.
