At Cooper University Health Care, the role of the Front Desk Coordinator is crucial in ensuring an exceptional experience for patients and visitors. This role involves greeting, guiding, and managing patients and visitors throughout the campus with a focus on providing top-notch customer service. The Coordinator acts as the primary contact point for patients, visitors, and staff, facilitating smooth communication and coordination within the building and across campus.
