We are currently seeking to add a dedicated Concierge to our Napua Tower team. This part-time role requires availability for various shifts, averaging three days per week with 10-hour shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, allowing for a flexible and dynamic work schedule. The pay rate for this position is $28.54 per hour, reflective of applicable and specialized experience as well as location factors.
As a Concierge at Waldorf Astoria Grand Wailea, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable and seamless guest experiences that define the hallmark of luxury hospitality. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting guests by providing personalized information, recommendations, and booking services tailored to their unique needs. This includes guiding guests regarding directions, hours of operation for outlets, hotel services, arranging transportation and travel logistics, securing tour and event tickets, and facilitating restaurant reservations. You will also be responsible for arranging medical care referrals and processing guest communications such as messages, mail, small packages, and facsimiles.
Moreover, you will coordinate and confirm various recreational, business, and dining activities both within the hotel and the local area, ensuring guests have access to the best that Maui has to offer. Special requests, whether related to dental or medical professionals, childcare, florists, or other personal services, will be handled promptly and professionally. VIP guest registries and the promotion of hotel marketing programs form additional vital aspects of this role.
