The role of Concierge is pivotal in representing the community's front line, responsible for monitoring the front entrance and serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests. The Concierge warmly greets and assists all individuals entering the premises, ensuring a friendly and professional welcome. In addition to front desk duties, this position involves answering phones promptly and professionally to direct inquiries or provide necessary information. The Concierge plays a supportive role to the Sales Department by assisting with tours for prospective residents and making outbound calls when needed, helping to drive community growth and engagement.
Administrative functions are a key component of the Concierge's responsibilities, providing essential support to the Director of Business Operations as well as other departments within the facility. This requires a flexible and organized approach to managing tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and general office management. The Concierge also contributes to dining room assistance and event support, ensuring smooth execution and a high standard of service during special occasions. A critical responsibility includes overseeing the proper closure of the building at the end of each shift, maintaining security protocols and ensuring all is in order before departure.
