The role of Concierge at the American Cancer Society is integral to sustaining a welcoming and supportive environment for all guests. Serving as the first point of contact, the Concierge manages front desk operations at one of ACS's facilities, ensuring that each guest experience is seamless and comforting. The role also qualifies for additional shift differential pay due to evening hours and is fully benefits eligible, reflecting the organization's commitment to caring for its employees. Beyond routine front desk duties, the Concierge plays a pivotal role in coordinating services such as the EMPOWER Program, ensuring smooth transportation scheduling for patients and guests.
