The club is currently seeking an Experienced Bartender and Mixologist to join its Food and Beverage team. This role is vital to ensuring that members and guests receive outstanding service in the lounge and dining areas through expertly crafted cocktails and attentive customer care. The position requires an individual who is energetic, enthusiastic, and possesses a strong background in fine dining and high-volume hospitality settings. The candidate must be adaptable, capable of working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the scheduling demands of the club. The role focuses not only on mixology skills but also on creating a memorable experience by engaging with members personally and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. As a Country Club Bartender with mixology expertise at Stonebridge, the successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages with both consistency and creativity. The individual will be expected to maintain an organized bar area that is well stocked and compliant with all health and safety standards. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as the bartender will be greeting members and their guests by name, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring age restrictions are adhered to with respect and professionalism. The ability to respond tactfully in high-pressure situations, maintain composure, and uphold the club's standards of respect and courtesy are necessary traits. Additionally, the bartender will assist in event preparations including setup and breakdown activities and must adhere to the operational guidelines set forth by management. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the dining and bar areas, handling side work, and participating in mandatory staff meetings to stay aligned with the club’s mission and goals.
