The Concierge role at Senior Lifestyle is integral to fulfilling the company’s mission. The Concierge is responsible for managing and monitoring safety measures through surveillance equipment and alarm systems, contributing to the overall security of the community and peace of mind for residents and families.
Additionally, this role involves logistical support such as receiving and delivering packages, plants, and prescription drugs, maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs for community keys and gate passes, and providing administrative assistance to various departments as needed. The Concierge must have excellent communication skills and be highly proficient in computer use, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, to efficiently manage reports and documentation related to work orders, incidents, and resident concerns. Compassion, professionalism, engagement, empathy, and friendliness are essential attributes for success in this role, ensuring a positive and supportive atmosphere throughout the community.
