The Concierge role at Century Park Associates is pivotal in cultivating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, primarily located in the front lobby area. The Concierge is the initial point of contact for residents, families, guests, and visitors, ensuring that customer service and reception duties are executed with the utmost professionalism and adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and community standards. Reporting directly to the Business Office Manager, the Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting individuals, managing administrative tasks, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and maintaining the appearance and security of the front lobby. This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently amidst frequent interruptions while maintaining a cheerful and positive demeanor. The Concierge role incorporates a variety of duties including customer interaction, visitor screening, receiving and distributing mail, maintaining logs and resident directories, facilitating resident check-ins, assisting with event documentation, and supporting the sales team by managing inquiry calls and electronic health records as needed. Proficiency with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners, along with Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel, is essential.
