As a Concierge Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that guests have unforgettable visits by helping them plan their activities and answer their questions with professionalism and warmth. Your duties will include welcoming and acknowledging guests following company standards, anticipating and responding to their service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets are also key responsibilities, along with adhering to all company policies and maintaining a clean and professional personal appearance.
