The Concierge position at HHM Hotels is a pivotal role within the guest services team, responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience by delivering personalized and anticipatory service. This role requires a proactive approach to guest assistance, including helping with special requests, providing detailed information about local attractions and events, arranging travel, and facilitating dining and entertainment reservations. In this role, the Concierge will warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival, offering assistance with a friendly and professional demeanor.
