The Concierge role at Cogir Senior Living plays a vital part in representing the brand as the initial point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. This position entails providing outstanding customer service at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reinforces the community’s supportive culture. The Concierge will manage front desk operations efficiently, respond promptly and courteously to all inquiries, and contribute to coordinating resident services to enhance their experience. Beyond greeting visitors and answering a multi-line telephone system, the role involves maintaining visitor logs, assisting residents with scheduling transportation and activities, supporting management with administrative duties, and addressing any concerns to uphold the community’s standards of care.
