The server is a vital link in the dining service staff, responsible for a variety of duties focused on residents’ satisfaction and comfort. Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, and ensuring residents receive a high level of customer care. Servers also review menus with residents, guiding new residents to acclimate to the dining services offered by Atria. Additionally, they assist with meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup for daily meals as well as banquets and special events. The role requires a team-oriented approach, emphasizing the importance of fostering positive relationships with both residents and colleagues to create a welcoming dining atmosphere. Cleanliness and sanitation are also crucial duties, with servers tasked with maintaining the dining environment by cleaning carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining equipment to uphold health and safety standards. This position is part-time with an hourly wage range between $17.46 and $20.95, depending on prior work history and experience.
