The Concierge position at Sunrise Senior Living is a pivotal role that embodies the spirit of hospitality and compassionate service. Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and potential new community members, the Concierge represents the heart and face of Sunrise's welcoming environment. This role involves warmly greeting all who enter, managing both external and internal communications, and helping coordinate community recruitment efforts under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Executive Director. Beyond reception duties, the Concierge actively supports administrative functions such as data entry and message handling while maintaining the aesthetics and ambiance of the community's Bistro area by ensuring cleanliness, refreshments, and appropriate music selection. This full-time role requires a professional with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic senior living environment. The Concierge contributes directly to residents' quality of life by fostering a pleasant atmosphere and smooth communication flow, enhancing their experience and that of their families.
