The Concierge role is an integral part of the Member Experience team, focused on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for club members. This position is responsible for managing phone calls, reservations, and email communications, ensuring that members’ inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. The Concierge acts as a vital connection point between the club and its members, assisting with outreach efforts to new and at-risk members, promoting club offerings, and supporting member communications through various channels, including social media. By embodying the company’s core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, the Concierge ensures that each interaction enhances member satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement. The role demands a high level of professionalism and a service-oriented mindset, with an emphasis on personalized service and attention to detail. The Concierge is responsible for providing warm greetings and farewells, managing reservations for dining, club programs, and special events, and assisting with a variety of member experience initiatives. These initiatives include making outbound calls to maintain member engagement, recognizing special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, and ensuring clear communication of member preferences and dietary restrictions to relevant club departments. Additionally, the Concierge supports social media efforts, event registrations, and updates to club calendars and communication platforms, playing a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and connected club community. Reporting to the Member Experience Director, the Concierge is also tasked with maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby and workspace, managing supplies, and documenting interactions in club management systems to ensure accurate records. This position requires flexibility to assist with other duties as needed and to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the club and support its operations.
