As a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Community Manager with the overall operations of the property, focusing primarily on leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Your main objective will be to achieve 100% occupancy by retaining current residents, leasing available units, and pre-leasing future availability. This position requires a keen understanding of leasing strategies, superior customer service skills, and the ability to foster a welcoming environment for prospective and current residents alike. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries both in person and over the phone, and ensuring all leasing processes are conducted efficiently and according to company procedures. You will be responsible for applying feature-benefit selling techniques, presenting apartments professionally, completing lease applications, and maintaining accurate client and property records daily. You will also manage the upkeep of the community's tour route to ensure curb appeal is always at its best. Additionally, part of your duties will include assisting residents with concierge services, participating in ongoing company training programs, and embodying the company’s core values and culture in all interactions. This role demands a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.   • High school diploma or equivalent
