The role of Concierge at Invited is a pivotal member of the Member Experience team, charged with the responsibility of creating memorable and personalized interactions for club members throughout their visits. This position is more than just a customer service role; it is about fostering meaningful connections and making every member feel truly valued and appreciated. The Concierge acts as a primary point of contact, managing communications via phone, email, and in-person engagements to provide seamless assistance with reservations, inquiries, and information about club amenities and events. A Concierge’s daily activities include welcoming members warmly, managing and confirming reservations for dining and club activities, and extending personalized follow-ups such as birthday greetings or event invitations. The Concierge also plays a key role in member retention initiatives by reaching out to new and at-risk members, promoting club services and events, and supporting social media and other communication efforts. This role demands a high degree of attentiveness, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering magic moments that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role
