This location is currently hiring a Concierge, a key role designed to provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, families, and staff. As the first point of contact for visitors and residents, the Concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming atmosphere. This position involves greeting and directing individuals to the appropriate places or contacts, handling front desk duties, and managing phone calls professionally. The Concierge also coordinates medical appointments and family outings in collaboration with Care and Nursing Staff, helping to meet the needs of residents efficiently and compassionately.
The role further supports the Marketing Department and Office Manager, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the community. Success in this position requires a deep familiarity with the community layout and the roles of employees, enabling the Concierge to respond accurately and helpfully to inquiries. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive and compassionate attitude, and the ability to remain calm and quick-thinking under stressful situations.
Candidates with experience as a receptionist, concierge, or in a supervisory role are preferred, as well as those who demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of residents and a desire to exceed expectations in every interaction. The hourly wage for this position ranges between $18.00 and $19.00, reflecting the importance of the role within the community.
