The Windham, one of Cogir's esteemed communities, is currently seeking a full-time Concierge to join its team. This position is crucial as it represents the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests entering the community. The Concierge's responsibilities encompass providing outstanding front desk coverage and delivering excellent customer service characterized by warmth, helpfulness, and professionalism. Acting as a welcoming presence, the Concierge contributes significantly to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere within the senior living environment. The role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, as the Concierge assists in managing inquiries, coordinating resident services, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position requires availability during weekends and nights to meet the community's needs. The Concierge is entrusted with answering multi-line telephone systems, greeting all stakeholders with a friendly demeanor, maintaining visitor logs, and monitoring access to the community to ensure security. Additionally, the Concierge facilitates residents' scheduling for transportation, activities, and appointments, supports management with administrative tasks including data entry and scheduling, manages office supplies orders, addresses resident concerns promptly, and completes work order requests efficiently. This opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
