The role of Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at Wawa is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all food and beverage operations in-store. As an FBM, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee daily business activities, focusing primarily on delivering fresh, high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a customer-centric experience. You will be the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives, leading efforts to drive food service sales, achieve performance goals, and ensure consistency in product quality.
The Food & Beverage Manager takes ownership of the entire food and beverage program including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering services. This role demands leadership in training and developing Customer Service Associates to enhance their skills and motivation for outstanding service. You will also play a key part in supporting recruitment, scheduling, and team development while recognizing and encouraging great performance within the team. Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting food service environment that complies with all health and safety regulations is a critical responsibility, as is managing inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support seamless operations.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $32.40, dependent on experience, position, and location, and includes eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.
