The Concierge role at Century Park Associates is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and reception primarily in the front lobby area. Reporting directly to the Business Office Manager, the Concierge serves as the community's first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and visitors. This position requires a warm, professional demeanor to create and maintain a positive atmosphere of hospitality and welcome. In addition to being the greeter, the Concierge is responsible for a variety of administrative duties including clerical support, mail distribution, event logging, and resident maintenance requests, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of daily activities at the community.
The Concierge is also instrumental in supporting sales and marketing efforts by handling inquiry calls for prospective residents and coordinating with the sales team. They assist with electronic health records as needed and help maintain guest room reservations and charges accurately. This multifaceted role demands exemplary organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and efficiency in working with frequent interruptions. The ideal candidate is cheerful, positive, trustworthy, and possesses excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to meet deadlines without constant supervision.

 - must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
