The Concierge role at Invited is a critical position within the Member Experience team, focused on delivering unparalleled service to club members and their guests. This full-time role emphasizes creating meaningful connections by managing communications such as phone calls, reservations, and emails, and crafting memorable interactions that uphold the company’s core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells. The Concierge is responsible for facilitating member engagement by promoting club offerings, supporting social media initiatives, and assisting with member outreach programs targeting new and at-risk members to bolster satisfaction and retention. This role demands a service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment. By ensuring seamless reservation management, providing detailed club information, and proactively engaging with members, the Concierge plays an essential role in driving member loyalty and enhancing the overall club experience. The position reports directly to the Member Experience Director and requires collaboration across various departments to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing role
 - Service-oriented mindset

 - Ability to work in various environments including exposure to dust or fumes
