We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge to join the team, working the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This role is crucial in representing The Pointe at Lifespring's dedication to outstanding hospitality and customer service. The Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing valuable assistance, information, and personalized services that contribute significantly to their overall experience. They will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, handling inquiries, making reservations, and facilitating various special arrangements. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or concierge role
• Strong communication skills
