The Concierge role is a vital part of the Member Experience team at Invited, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for club members. This position focuses on managing member communications through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and reservations, ensuring members feel valued and appreciated at every interaction. The Concierge acts as a welcoming liaison and ambassador of the club's values, providing warm welcomes, attentive service, and fond farewells. In this role, the Concierge will handle reservations for club programs, dining, and events, facilitating smooth operations aligned with club standards. Additionally, the Concierge promotes club offerings and events, helps with social media efforts and member communications, and supports important member engagement initiatives such as outreach to new and at-risk members. The role includes maintaining accurate and comprehensive records in systems like M360 and MemberFirst, preparing personalized member recognition materials, and ensuring the club's front areas remain clean and inviting. The successful candidate will bring a service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor. They demonstrate excellent communication across multiple channels, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods and performing general physical activities as needed.
