The role available is for a Part-Time Concierge, an essential frontline ambassador position that involves delivering top-tier customer service and support to everyone within the community. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $14.00, which may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience. This part-time role requires availability during day shifts as well as weekends, providing flexibility for those looking for work that fits their schedule. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering telephones, and attending to a wide range of resident-focused tasks that require a polite, empathetic, and effective communicator who can assist residents and families with kindness and professionalism. The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of Seagrass Village, ensuring every interaction reflects the community’s dedication to excellent care and service. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between residents, families, and community staff, scheduling new hires for onboarding processes, assisting in office operations, and performing administrative tasks such as typing correspondence and managing mail. This role also comes with the opportunity to participate in special projects, training new employees, and occasionally assisting residents with dining or housekeeping duties. An essential aspect of the position is the ability to observe and report any safety hazards, adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, and maintain confidentiality about resident care.   • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Less than one year related experience or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
