• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in hotel management
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
• Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for long periods of time
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility to cover employee shifts as needed
• Must comply with company policies including maintaining a drug-free workplace
• Able to follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest and property safety
