The Concierge role at Invited is a vital position within the Member Experience team, focusing on delivering exceptional service that creates unforgettable moments before, during, and after each member visit. The Concierge acts as the personable face and voice of the club, managing phone calls, reservations, and general communications including emails and inquiries. With a service-oriented mindset, the Concierge ensures every member and guest feels valued, welcome, and connected to the club community. Part of this role involves engagement outreach to new and at-risk members, promotion of club offerings and events, contribution to social media efforts, and support of various member experience initiatives. The Concierge also maintains detailed member profiles, coordinates with restaurant teams to accommodate dietary needs, and ensures the club’s front areas and workspaces are clean and inviting. The position reports directly to the Member Experience Director and requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands and deadlines of the club's comprehensive service standards. • minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role
