Serving as the initial point of contact, the Concierge plays a pivotal role in shaping the first impression for prospective residents, their families, visitors, and job candidates. This part-time position operates Monday through Friday and involves a blend of welcoming guests, managing communications, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with general administrative tasks. A key responsibility is providing detailed community information to inquiries while working closely alongside the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director to support marketing and sales initiatives. Beyond answering phones and greeting visitors, the Concierge is instrumental in creating a pleasant and hospitable environment at the community. Responsibilities also include monitoring the Bistro area to ensure cleanliness, refreshments, and ambiance are maintained. Additional tasks involve scheduling appointments for residents and family members, handling correspondence with greeting and sympathy cards, and managing timely communication of messages. The Concierge's customer service skills help ensure that all interactions are positive and that visitors feel valued and informed.
