The position involves serving as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, prospective residents, and vendors, ensuring they receive courteous and professional assistance. The individual in this role will manage a variety of responsibilities that support the safe, smooth, and enjoyable functioning of the community. Duties include greeting residents and guests, answering telephone calls, monitoring property safety through surveillance and alarm systems, processing various reports, and handling delivery of packages and important items such as prescription drugs. Administrative support to other departments is also a key aspect of the role, alongside maintaining accurate logs for community keys and gate passes. The ideal candidate for this position will embody the qualities of compassion, professionalism, and empathy while maintaining a positive and cooperative demeanor with residents, visitors, and coworkers alike. Strong communication skills, proficient computer abilities using Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the capacity to multitask efficiently are critical for success. Candidates should be capable of independent decision-making when necessary and possess a genuine desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
