The Concessions Stand Lead position at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl is a crucial part-time, hourly role within the Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the concession stand, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality. The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for enforcing ASM Global policies and procedures, managing inventory counts before and after events, and accurately recording inventory data in the point-of-sale system. Additionally, the Lead coordinates the work of associates by assigning duties, conducting pre-shift meetings, and monitoring production levels to maintain efficient and smooth concession stand operations. Aside from operational responsibilities, the Concessions Stand Lead promotes a positive guest experience by adhering to ASM Global’s Guest Service Standards and Responsible Alcohol Service policies. The position demands strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with team members, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Lead must also comply with ASM Global’s dress code and maintain professionalism at all times.
