The role of Executive Chef at The Hub is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a specific dining account. This role involves managing and leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional food service while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are rigorously maintained. The Executive Chef is accountable for managing cost controls and expenditures, planning and creating innovative menus, purchasing and managing inventory, and collaborating with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new culinary programs. This position demands a high level of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and operational acumen to meet the diverse needs of high-volume dining environments.
The position is classified at Pay Grade 15, offering a competitive salary of $75,000. It is an excellent opportunity for chefs with a passion for culinary arts and a desire to develop their leadership abilities within a top-tier foodservice company. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in ensuring that each dining experience is unique and of the highest quality, contributing directly to the overall success and reputation of The Hub.                 - Culinary degree preferred
 - Three to five years of culinary management experience
 - Experience with high volume production and catering
 - Previous experience managing cost controls
