The role offered is for a Restaurant Manager, a key leadership position essential to maintaining the high standards Shake Shack is known for. - high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- food handler certification preferred
- willing to work flexible hours
