The role of Sr. Community Coordinator / Experience Leader at CBRE is a pivotal position designed to create and scale people-led activities that enhance individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness. By integrating a variety of communication strategies, event planning, and workplace support activities, the Sr. Community Coordinator drives a vibrant, connected campus culture. Acting as the primary liaison for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and leadership, the Coordinator organizes diverse events and customized activities to enhance team cohesion and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration. Beyond community building, the role also encompasses administrative responsibilities such as coordinating workplace services, addressing maintenance needs, ensuring safety compliance, and managing site-specific resources. CBRE offers this position as a full-time role with an annual base salary approximate to $70,000, competitive and commensurate with experience.
