This career opportunity is for a Restaurant Manager role where you will be integral to a management team of three to five individuals overseeing the restaurant's daily operations. The Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service in a chef-inspired, wine-centric setting. Key responsibilities include maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards, overseeing team member training and development, managing financial reviews, and ensuring guest satisfaction is consistently achieved. This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a monthly profit-sharing incentive.
