This specific role within the NAF Support Services Division focuses on sponsorship and advertising sales, a critical area that drives funding for MWR programs. The position requires a dedicated sales and account management professional to develop, maintain, and grow all sponsorship and advertising sales through a customer-focused, consultative selling process. The role is responsible for maximizing revenue growth by providing client-need-based account management services, working closely with internal teams to create integrated advertising programs. Candidates must be adept at selling Army MWR media assets to various clients, leveraging digital signage, web platforms, and traditional media channels to deliver value and reach. Responsibilities include developing sales proposals, maintaining an active database of accounts, forecasting revenues, negotiating pricing and placement, and coordinating advertising and sponsorship revenue generation activities. This role demands consistent achievement of sales goals through active prospecting and business development. Candidates will also handle other assigned duties related to advertising and sponsorship operations. The position is well suited for highly motivated self-starters who bring excellent communication, organization, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
