This On-Call Banquet Server position is at Bell Harbor International Conference Center, Seattle’s premier waterfront conference venue renowned for its breathtaking views of downtown Seattle and Puget Sound. The venue boasts 18 meeting rooms spanning 100,000 square feet, accommodating up to 6,000 guests. Bell Harbor offers Northwest-inspired cuisine, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, and is recognized as a member of the International Association of Conference Centers, ensuring a superior guest experience. Additional venues associated with the Bell Harbor sales team include the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal and the Maritime Event Center, which add versatility and unique backdrops for various events.
As an On-Call Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering unmatched service experiences by engaging guests attentively, navigating menu offerings with expertise, and capitalizing on upselling opportunities. Your attention to detail will ensure the presentation and temperature of food and beverages meet established standards, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. The role requires proficiency in handling Point of Sale systems, managing guest payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas. This position offers hourly pay starting at $20.76 and includes opportunities for tip pooling and daily pay access.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as server in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Ability to use computerized Point of Sale systems
- Knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Familiarity with applicable liquor laws
- Possession of State Food Handler's License and Liquor Serving Permit
- Availability to work on-call shifts as needed
