As a Concierge Agent, you will act as a knowledgeable resource, greeting guests and offering detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, cultural events, dining options, and recreational activities. Your role includes arranging reservations for spa services, tee times, tennis courts, and unique experiences such as balloon flights and rafting trips. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries, suggesting excursions and entertainment, and conducting historical and special tours. • One year certificate from college or technical school
• Three to six months related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bilingual or multi-lingual language ability a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
