The Cocktail Waitress is a vital member of our Front of the House team at Ethos Hospitality Group. The Cocktail Waitress is responsible for setting the stage for unforgettable experiences by greeting guests with a warm smile and attentive service. Understanding the unique stories and preferences of each guest, this role emphasizes personalized service tailored to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships. Equipped with a comprehensive knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, and spirits, the Cocktail Waitress efficiently handles orders ensuring professional and timely delivery of food and drinks. The position involves maintaining a clean and orderly work area before, during, and after shifts, collaborating closely with Server Assistants to uphold quality and cleanliness, and adhering to all safety and legal guidelines, including verifying guests' legal drinking age. This position is non-exempt and available for full-time, part-time, or seasonal employment, offering a competitive pay range of $20 to $25 per hour. Candidates will appreciate working in a fast-paced environment that encourages quick responsiveness, excellent balance, and mobility. Physical endurance is required to stand and move for extended periods, and the role entails lifting trays and cases of food and beverage weighing up to 30 pounds.   • Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
  • Able to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others
