As a server, you will anticipate guests’ needs, suggest and up-sell beverage and menu items, take orders, and deliver drinks efficiently through large, often crowded venues. The role demands excellent communication skills as you relay drink orders to the bar system, maintain a pleasant atmosphere, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the shift. Your commitment to responsible alcohol service, including verifying IDs and monitoring guest intoxication levels, plays a crucial role in the safe operation of events. Working within a fast-paced, often loud environment, you must be adaptable, courteous, and proactive in assisting your team and ensuring smooth venue operations. This role requires physical stamina, including extended periods of standing and the ability to lift or move bus tubs weighing up to 25 pounds using correct techniques. The work schedule often includes late hours and requires flexibility. The expected pay for this position in Colorado is $15.97 per hour.
