Baristas have a critical role in preparing and serving coffee, espresso, and related food and beverage items while adhering to HACCP food safety standards. The position requires at least one year of prior Barista experience and demands a strong focus on customer service, quality control, and maintaining a clean and efficient service environment. In this role, the Barista is responsible for preparing espresso drinks and other menu items by following standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality.
